For low end to medium range printers most everything is covered. The only added costs would be for network cards or duplexers (double sided printing).

For High Speed, High Volume printers (ie. HP 3/4/5 SI or 8000 series) We will provide 1 user maintenance kit per year as required (these kits cost approx. $400). Network cards and duplexers are also at an additional cost on these printers.

If the failure is due to a consumable item, such as, a toner cartridge, drum unit or other user replaceable item the repair may be billed accordingly. It is our policy to avoid such instances by providing telephone support to our clients.
